We would like to inform you that our dietetic office complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.
The dietetic office under the name Paris Papachristos, located at 19-21 Chremonidou Street, 11633, Pagrati, hereby informs you that it will collect, store, and process your personal data for a period of five (5) years after the last session. After this period, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client, it will permanently delete the following data: full name, father's name, gender, age, profession, client address, client email address, dates of visits/sessions, anthropometric data (weight, height, body measurements, fat and muscle mass measurements, etc.), reasons for visits, results of clinical and laboratory tests, and diet plans.
The dietetic office ensures the necessary security measures to safeguard your personal data. You have the right to access, correct, modify, restrict processing, and delete your personal data, as well as the right to transfer your data to another controller (e.g., another dietitian) or processor, by sending a relevant request to the dietitian Paris Papachristos, head of the Dietetic Office.
Important Note
When you submit a request to exercise any of the above rights, the dietitian must respond within 30 calendar days, either fulfilling your request (e.g., providing a copy of your file), rejecting it with justification, or explaining the reasons for the delay. In any case of delay, the dietitian must respond positively or negatively within three months of the request.
Personal data is not shared with third parties.
